MDS Construction has been providing Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino and Lake Counties with new construction and remodeling services since 1998. Owner Mark Silva has been working in the construction industry since high school. He brings decades of hands-on experience along with an eye for creative design and devotion to customer service.

MDS Construction’s mission is to provide professional planning, design and project completion in a timely manner. Their expertise runs the gamut from concrete and plumbing work to framing, electrical and finish work. They’ll build you a home from the ground up or help you expand and improve the home you’ve got. Whether it’s complete home construction, a remodeled bathroom, an addition or a granny unit – every project, regardless of size, is approached with the same work ethic. You’re treated like a customer, not a dollar amount.
