Kenneth Morando, owner of Innovative Mechanical, Inc. has over 27 years of experience working in the heating and air conditioning industry. He founded Innovative Mechanical in 1984 and has operated from the South San Francisco location for the past 15 years.

Innovative Mechanical specializes in residential and commercial heating, air conditioning systems and services. They provide design-build systems, maintenance agreements, duct cleanings, home energy audits and 24-hour emergency service. They also fabricate and install standard and custom sheet metal flashing, gutters and just about anything made from metal.

Innovative Mechanical is a certified Trane dealer and certified Home Depot HVAC installation company. They are on the Better Business Bureau Honor Roll and are members of SMACNA. Their 14 service vehicles and staff of 22 employees is available to serve clients throughout San Francisco and the Peninsula.
