White Building Maintenance has served the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years with heavy-duty cleaning and maintenance services for homes and businesses. Known for providing services that basic maintenance companies do not, they accept jobs throughout San Francisco and San Mateo Counties.

No job is too small – or big. White Building will clean your home or perform complete building maintenance on even the largest complexes. All work is customized to your requirements. They’ll also perform heavy hauling, minor repairs, pressure washing, window washing, painting and carpet installation or removal. Specialized services include abandoned property and crime scene cleanup.

When you schedule an estimate, a visual inspection of the site will be done to determine the type of equipment and number of workers required for the job. White Building Maintenance employs only highly trained personnel that are bonded and insured. State-of-the-art cleaning equipment and the know-how to use it ensure a superior result every time.
