Optimum Realty was founded by Jane Brown as a sole proprietorship in 1991 and incorporated in 1996. The company provides full real estate sales services and is currently licensed for both real estate sales and mortgage loan transactions. Their bilingual agents serve clients in San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda, Sacramento and Los Angeles counties. Optimum Realty and Financial Services also has an office in Georgia and will expand Optimum Financial Services in South Carolina and Virginia into a full-service real estate office in the near future.

The company specializes in listing properties for sale and working with buyers to find the right property and the best mortgage loans.
