Survey Comments

Having graduated from San Rafael High School, William Gotelli got his plumbing license back in 1967 after going through a five-year apprenticeship beginning in 1958 with Plumbers Local #38 Union. He finally activated the license in 1985 when he started a small plumbing business out of his home that grew to its present location with 25 employees. His career has taken him from Journeyman to Superintendent in Marin, Sonoma and San Francisco counties.

Gotelli Plumbing provides service in the design and installation of plumbing systems for new construction, kitchen and bath remodeling, water and gas hook-ups, hot water systems, drain and sewer line installation, localized drain stoppages and plumbing repairs of all types.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
“We try to take care of the customers no matter what. It’s that focus on customer service that makes us stand out. Repeat and referral service are our bread and butter. If there are complaints we go back and take care of them. We give the consumer a fair price and the very highest quality of work possible. We send all our technicians to the PHCC Apprenticeship Training Program to ensure that we have the most well trained personnel to send to our customer’s homes. We keep up with the development of new technology with new designs, new materials and new styles increasing efficiency, environmental compatibility and aesthetic value. We are current with advances in the plumbing field and are available to service residential and commercial concerns in the area.”
